Teenager Sarah Quinn (Madison Iseman) lives with her mother Kathy (Wendi McLendon-Covey) and younger brother Sonny (Jeremy Ray Taylor) in Wardenclyffe, New York. Sarah is attempting to get into Columbia University by writing an essay about fear. Kathy agrees to watch Sonny's friend Sam Carter (Caleel Harris) while his father goes out of town. Sonny and Sam are attempting to start a garbage cleanup business, and are called after school to clean up an abandoned house. Inside, they find a locked manuscript and open it, causing Slappy the Dummy to appear. They unknowingly bring him to life by speaking magic words found in his pocket. The book is later stolen by a bully named Tommy Madigan (Payton Wich). At home, Sonny is working on his science project, a miniature version of Nikola Tesla's Wardenclyffe Tower. Slappy then reveals he's alive to Sonny and Sam, and gets their trust by using his magic to do the boy's chores and homework. Meanwhile, Sarah goes to a party to meet her boyfriend Tyler (Bryce Cass), but sees him kissing another girl. Later she arrives home and complains about him to Sonny and Sam, which Slappy overhears. Slappy then proceeds to sabotage Sonny's project..

I was super excited for this movie, just because of all the hype. My sister loved it. I was not a fan at first, but I enjoyed it, so it was worth the wait. A lot of the humor works, I can't believe it has been so poorly received. They took a completely different approach to the story, and I think it worked out pretty well. I enjoyed the characters, and while I felt like I didn't have a connection to them, it was not because they were not in the movie. I think that the romance between the lead couple was perfect. Also, the characters are not stupid like in the first movie, which I think makes the movie much more enjoyable. I think it was perfect for a PG-13 movie. It was a lot darker than the first one. They were out to scare the kids, and it worked. I think it was the best change they made. There was a lot of cursing and blood, so if you were worried about that, don't be. The kids were terrified and the parents were very worried about their kids. I loved the subplot with the older brother. I also liked how they made fun of the first movie's clowns. I wish they would have used them more, but they weren't used that much. I was also disappointed by the same old GIRL that got in all the trouble with the killer clown, but it was okay because she was much older. The movie also has a great humor, which is funny in some parts and even sad at others. The gore is pretty mild, which was a good thing. All in all, I enjoyed this movie. I think it was an excellent change from the first Goosebumps movie. I give it a 9/10.

I have watched the Goosebumps films many times and I have not been disappointed. First off, the animation and storytelling is very good, especially for a movie that is so short. The comedy is very entertaining and the director did an excellent job making the dialogue seem real, especially with all the slang and slang language. The music is also very interesting, using the classic songs that really help make the movie. One thing I did not like was that some of the characters were stupid and should not have been put in the movie. However, the ending of the movie was very good, and the characters were very very well written and the cast was great. My main problem with the movie was that they added too many characters into the movie, which made the movie very confusing, especially since the movie is only about five hours. In the end I give this movie a nine out of ten, and I will be sure to watch the rest of the Goosebumps films.

Saw this film at the US premiere in Austin. I have to say it was a very good film. The film is the usual range of the horror genre. The creatures were very well done. It was made in a way that the camera was mostly in front of the actors. That way, it didn't look like the camera was up to the level of the actors. The film has some very dark scenes and I think they worked very well in the film. I did like that there were a lot of new characters to the film, which was a good change from the first film. Overall, I really liked it. If you like the genre of horror, this is one for you. It is really good, it is very unique and it was very fun. It does stand out from the other films of the genre. I really do recommend it. My rating: 9/10

I like this movie a lot. I enjoyed the first one and this one is a lot better. I like the plot and the characters. It is scary and different. It has a good cast. I liked it a lot. My only criticism is that the ghost boy was a bit too young and it was hard to believe that he was actually his age. I would have liked him to be a little older. Also the ghosts were a bit different. Some were very scary and some were very funny. I thought it was better than the first one. I would recommend this movie to anyone who loves scary movies or the Goosebumps books.

So far I've been very vocal about my dislikes of the first movie. This one is quite fun, yes there are a few problems but it's great fun and the jokes are well done. I enjoyed the first one, the sequels were just "hah", what's up with that? The only problem I had was that they could have done more with the villain. They were too bland and at times they got a little too much. I also felt like the movie was too dark for a kids movie, a few jokes and a lot of weirdness and gore weren't enough. So overall, I think the movies is good and I look forward to the third one.

Saw it today and I loved it! It is very different than the first Goosebumps and even though this is not a horror it still has it's share of scary moments. Just because it's not a horror it doesn't mean it is a bad film, the plot and characters are not well developed and the whole movie is rather awkward. Some parts are actually weird. But it is just a good film and you will find yourself really enjoying it.

I got the movie for the first time last night on TV, and I was very pleased with it. I really enjoyed the action scenes, and the scenes where the Goosebumps characters came to life. Some of the story lines, especially the way they set up the Goosebumps family and some of the interactions between them, were very original. I thought that they captured the spirit of the books very well. Some of the dialogue between the characters is kind of rough around the edges, but it works for the movie. I really enjoyed it and highly recommend it. I do have one complaint though. I found the parts of the movie that focused on Goosebumps being alone kind of boring. It's a kid's movie after all, and I thought they could have done a better job of showing how the kids could feel for the kids in this family. I know it's the nature of this sort of thing, but I just felt like it was missing something. Other than that, I really loved the movie and I can't wait for the sequel.

This sequel, "Haunted Halloween," which appeared in October, was another instance where a series was a cartoon on screen. It was animated well, especially the beginning and ending which were excellent. The story is much better than the first one, though, because it doesn't rely too much on the kids seeing a creepy ghost or someone looking for the villain. There's a lot of creepy action and suspense in this film, and it's good for a family to watch. I recommend this movie for anyone who likes a scary movie, as well as a scary movie for those who love a lot of great family entertainment.

The film starts out as a fairly basic horror film. The main character is a little young for a child, but there is some humour and in this movie it is all about the child and not so much about the adult. Unfortunately when the action starts up there is a major departure from this path. The character has gone to a university with the protagonist and the aim of the movie is to figure out where the family's love is coming from. This is where the film goes so over the top that it is really not necessary to follow. The story is rubbish and nothing happens. It is also very dependent on the joke, and you have to watch it and laugh in order to take it seriously. The whole movie is one joke after the other. It is like a typical Hollywood "Halloween" movie, and the jokes are stale. The director uses the fact that the kids are between the ages of five and ten in order to give them a little more focus in the story. This way he can make the jokes more funny, but unfortunately it doesn't work because when the children and the adult are all talking at the same time the movie falls flat. Some adult jokes are OK, but I wouldn't recommend this movie to anyone who liked "Halloween".

It's been a few years since I saw this movie, and I'm still in love with it. I remember being a kid that loved it, and the fact that I saw this movie in the middle of the night, while watching Glee. To me, that still means something. I have since seen it more than once, and I still find it entertaining. It's got some amazing special effects, especially when you compare it to the later sequels. It's got some really good songs, particularly "The Shadow" and "Haunting Sound" from the Goosebumps series. I also found this movie quite frightening, like when Heather is in a dream, she's so scared that she screams "I don't want to be there". That's just one of the few moments that make me jump. It's also one of the first movies that I remember being scary, in fact, I had nightmares about it. It's also one of the first movies that got my attention. I still remember how much I loved the Scare Master character, and I really liked the fact that there was no evil Scare Master character in the movie. Instead, it was all about the other characters. In the movie, when she goes to the laboratory, she meets the Scare Master, and she runs away in fear, and then gets to meet him, the Scare Master is completely unsympathetic, he only wants to turn her into a Scare-O-Meter, and he tells her to kill the people that scare him. That's the best way I can put it, because he doesn't want her to go to school, he just wants her to be scared, and he will do everything in his power to make her scared. And all of this is set in the middle of the night, and she runs away, in fear, and then meets the Scare Master, and the Scare Master then tells her to go home, and all of a sudden, she finds the other students all dressed up as "cops" or "feds". He then tells her that she's going to be a cop in the future, and he tells her that she's going to be his "no 1 fan". Also, I think that the Scare Master character is the most evil person in the movie. He's always wanting to be the bad guy. He's just a monster, and the kids all go to school with him. He'll come up to them and tell them that they're going

The second installment of the Goosebumps series was surprisingly well done. The story of Jim and Penny being invited by another ghost to spend the night in a haunted house is one that we have seen a thousand times and it had never really bothered me. But here, it feels very original. The children are very well portrayed and make the movie. Of course, as always, it's the classic "why was it created?". But with a greater emphasis on the supernatural element. The kids are well written and the majority of them are likable. In this movie, that is no easy task. And that is one of the reasons I think this movie is better than the first. The acting is a little over the top at times, but it works and it makes the audience care. And I never thought I would ever say that about the acting of this movie, but it is perfect. The costumes and effects were very well done, and the story and the suspense is very scary. The atmosphere is almost perfect. The only negative thing I would have to say about this movie is that the ending was kind of weak, but that is to be expected when you are dealing with a young adult story. Overall, this movie is very well written, the acting is great, and the story is a good horror/thriller. The children are perfect and it was a really fun movie. It's also a great follow up to the first movie. I recommend this movie to anyone. It's very good. I give this movie an 8.5/10

I can't say I expected much from this sequel. The first was OK, nothing outstanding. However, this one, when I saw it, I found it refreshing, a little different. It's good enough. Sometimes, sequels are not as good as the original. I'm not saying that this sequel was bad, because it wasn't. It just had a lot of things that I didn't expect. Some of the special effects were a little over the top, like the movies are in the past, or the music wasn't really that great. But, there was a lot of special effects to go with the special effects. The acting was decent, as well as the story and the characters. The characters in this movie were great. Some of them were scary, some of them were funny, and some of them were just weird. They were all interesting. Some of the characters weren't really that important, but they made you smile, even though you weren't exactly sure if the character was going to be good or bad. I have to give it a 9/10. It was a nice movie to watch and I liked it. But, I don't expect it to be a masterpiece, but it is a decent movie.

Fantastic movie, has some of the best scenes in the series. It also has some of the worst. The scene where the kids fight the ghost. I think it was really dumb and a waste of time. Then the part when they run into the ghost. It was the worst scene in the entire series. I recommend watching this movie for the Gollum sequence but otherwise stay away. My vote is 9 out of 10.

I was so looking forward to this film. It is so different from the first Goosebumps movie, and I love it! This movie made me cry, laugh, and most of all, feel for the characters. When I think of the first movie, I feel like a stranger in my own home. The new characters are just so adorable. I was so excited when they got the movie rights to the characters in the book. I couldn't wait to see them in the movie. I can't wait to see them in the film! I'm a sucker for a great movie, and this is definitely one of the best movies I have seen!

When I heard of Goosebumps 2, I thought it would be like the other movies. It is a bit different though, and it is not the same of the first. If you liked the first one, you will like this one as well. It has more of a story than the first, but it is not as much story as it is creepy. The characters were a bit different. It is fun. The best part of this movie is the art for the original Goosebumps book. It was really great. The movie was well written, but sometimes it was very slow. This movie is great for a Halloween. My favorite part is the ghost, with his beard. The ghost can make kids scared in a good way. The story line is the same. It is like all the characters are re-imagined. I recommend it to kids of all ages. 8/10

There are 2 kinds of people: Those who will see any movie, and those who won't see any movie. I will be one of the first. The first movie had my attention from the very beginning. It has everything a good horror flick needs: great music, great visuals, a thrilling storyline, and some of the best horror/comedy performances I've ever seen. It was based on the famous Goosebumps book, and I read the Goosebumps book a month ago. It will be interesting to see what has happened since then. I think that it was a great choice to create a sequel. If they can somehow get the cast and crew back together, they could make a better movie. However, what they did with the first film was horrible, and it had no connection to the original story. The book and movie should be separated and re-written to get the characters and story in line, because this film, although it had some fun jokes, was horribly lame. To compare, the first Goosebumps movie was a fun movie, and it was more about the gags and scares, which worked well, even if some of the gags and scenes were dumb and cliche. The second Goosebumps movie was an epic movie, and it was the best of the series. Some of the gags from the first Goosebumps film were brought to the screen, but not in a way that was funny. It was a dumb movie and it only pulled together the cliches of the first film and made a bad movie. When the characters went through the movies, they still had these silly misunderstandings and stupid things they did. It's more of a rip off of Jumanji, in that you know what's going to happen because it's in the book. The villains were totally one dimensional, and they would be good in a different movie. Just like the first movie, they didn't really give you any reason to root for them. The special effects were decent. This is one of the best things about the movies, because you can't see any effects. The special effects were usually non-existent. They were bad, but good enough to be good. The CGI effects were horrible, and they were made to the same level as the special effects in the first movie. The acting was the weakest part of the movie, and it still wasn't that bad. Jamie Lee Curtis, I felt, was a little weak in her performance.

This movie is a must-see for everyone. I loved it, and if you are a fan of the series you will too. I was very pleased with the movie, and I'm glad that they kept the series going. I definitely recommend the movie to everyone, and I hope that Disney will make more Goosebumps movies. I hope that there is a Goosebumps 3.

This is a fun and entertaining film. It follows the story of a little girl named "Sam", who is haunted by an old witch named Mrs. Palfrey. She is coming to an end of her time in this world and she has to give it to someone who has the ability to save her. This film was great because it was a teen horror movie. The plot was good and I liked the characters. All the characters are entertaining and funny and the actors do a good job. This film also had a cool story line and it was very entertaining. The film is full of scenes that are funny and there are a lot of good jokes in it. I have a lot of fun with this film. If you love teen horror movies then I recommend you see this film.

Why was this review as low as it was? It was great. I'll go with 9. One point for the songs, and I know that was intentional, but I think I'll give the movie a little credit for that. And it was funny to see Josh Duhamel play a villain for the first time. The baby being the boy was great. It's one of the best movies I've seen. You can tell that the actors really cared about the movie. I'm not a fan of the original Goosebumps books, but I am a fan of the movie. If you love horror movies, I would recommend this movie.

If you are looking for an old fashioned Halloween movie, you won't be disappointed. For the little kids, this is great family entertainment. For the adults, it may have some serious twists and turns and a real scare. My 10 year old is really enjoying it, and I'm sure my 8 year old will be too. I was very disappointed by some of the other reviews. For the first half of the movie I thought the actors were just not right for the parts, but the movie got better. It's a twist of a movie, not just the usual Halloween fare. You will enjoy the twist of it all. I think my kids will also be happy. Overall, a great movie. I'll be buying it for my collection. I give it a 9 out of 10.

After the last Goosebumps movie, I felt somewhat disappointed. It was a downer. Then I found out that it was a sequel, and I was delighted. Not only does it have the same plot, but the same cast. Everything is really good in this movie. What I really liked about this movie was the "dark" atmosphere. The death scenes were so creepy, and they really brought out the "haunted" feeling. It is really weird how the two girls in the movie are so different, and I think it worked very well. It was such a great story line that could make me excited. It was really strange seeing people like Calvin, and Millie and the other girl, all having such different personalities. It was really cool to see so many characters from the first movie, and some new characters that were great. It is like the sequel, but better. The whole movie is very different, and it is really good. I think this is one of the best horror sequels ever.

I have watched this film at least twice in a row and still find it hilarious. It is definitely a part of my collection. If you're into the horror genre this film is one you should check out. This film has a great premise and a great cast. Let me say that I would recommend that this film is shown to any person that enjoys horror movies. This film also has a great sense of humour and I found it hilarious that the film actually took place in the real world. If you don't like movies like this then don't watch them. This film is not for everyone but if you like the horror genre this is a must see. Go on watch this movie and you'll see what I mean.
