Based on JK Rowling's Harry Potter series and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, this movie was one of the more faithful adaptations to the books. Unlike the much hyped Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, this film has most of the good stuff from the books, but with the addition of plot lines and scenes from the second book. As a follow-up to the most successful book of the year, this movie could have been so much more. However, it is an enjoyable film that had more plot development than we've ever seen before, and characters such as Newt and his friends are given a nice amount of depth. The movie was great in its own way and I did enjoy myself, however, I will definitely be keeping a close eye out for future movies. *My rating of the Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald:* 8/10

So, first off. let me say this: It was pretty good. Of course it's not going to be a great film but it was decent. Now, about the criticisms I have here, the biggest issue is that this isn't really a real movie. Yes, it is based on a book and it's based on some real events that occurred in real life. But this isn't a movie. It's a set of events that happened in real life. The movie isn't an adaptation of the book. The movie just follows the events. They don't show the events for the most part. There are a few things that happen that are based on events in the book that are removed. And then there's a few things that happen in the movie that are based off events in the book that are not really the main events. I feel like the fact that I'm writing this review before I actually saw the movie makes me sound like a homer but I actually enjoyed it. It's more of a spiritual successor to The Hunchback of Notre Dame. The story is the same but there are a few differences. And for the most part, it's a solid adventure. The main reason I decided to watch this movie was because I really enjoyed the Dark Tower series so this movie was perfect for me. There are some aspects of the movie that really don't make sense and the movie really doesn't follow the book too well but the movie is still okay. I enjoyed this movie and I can watch this movie again and again and again. It's a lot better than some of the films that I've seen recently because it's not supposed to be a film and it isn't meant to be taken seriously. I'm glad to see it received a lot of negative reviews but I'm still glad that I saw it.

The plot is ok but there were a few flaws. But the effects were fantastic and the actors were amazing. The director took the best parts of the book and concentrated it in the movie. The end of the movie was good but the beginning was not the best. It could have been better. The director could have given some explanations of some things in the beginning. The director could have took the footage from the previous movie and make it better. The action scenes were really good and the monsters were really cool. The movie started and ended good. The directors did not waste time. I really liked the end of the movie and I liked the plot. But I think that the movie could have been better. The movie was great for a PG13. This movie was absolutely great for a PG13. The acting was great for a PG13. I hope that they will make a PG14 version of this movie. I hope that they will make a proper movie with the same story.

I like the movie but i feel that it could have been better, some things were just rushed and needed explanation, for instance how did galdion manage to get into the room and how did he get in there? He never used the invisibility cloak for over 10 years and why did they even need him to become the dark lord? There were some characters that could have been done better. For instance Lestrange who was getting so much more out of her conversations with her dad and her dad for her. Gabriella had some nice scenes and i liked her and her dad a lot but she really did not get much screen time and why? And why was her hair so beautiful? And some of the things the wizards had in the movie were not explained, like the watchers wand and why they had it in the movie, and the blood wands were just so lame. There were some good parts in the movie but it was not that great. Overall i think it was a good movie but i think it could have been better.

This is one of the better movies in the Harry Potter series. It tells the story of a Wizarding War that has been going on for thousands of years, and begins to bring about the Battle for the wizarding world. The most impressive part of the film is that it is based on a series of books, so you have no trouble understanding what is going on. Most of the action takes place in the first act of the film, so there are a lot of surprises. The acting is not outstanding, but the movie is fun to watch. There is enough humor, and plenty of action and suspense to keep the audience on their toes. We also get to see the wizarding world come alive. Unfortunately, the movie does not go into the depth of the plot, but it does present a very good depiction of magic. The production design and art design are wonderful. We have the appearance of London, and the views of the countryside and mountains. You can also tell that this was a very meticulous job. This movie is a favorite of mine, so I am recommending it to anyone who is interested in the Harry Potter series.

I loved the first film, so I had high expectations for this film. However, this film had a few flaws. It is much darker than the first film. The first film was a little to dark for my tastes. We have more adults in this film and also more young people. This also felt more like an adult film rather than a kids film. The other thing that could have been better is the 2 big scenes. The 1st was where Fudge and McGonagall tried to kill Newt. They went too dark for my taste. They could have made it more fun for me. The 2nd big scene was when Bill and Fleur were in the barn and they realized it was Bill that was left. I think they could have had a lot more fun with that one, because it was supposed to be dark and really weird. Also, there was a really stupid way Grindelwald got everyone out of the safe. He just could have told them to take a chance on it and let them out. Other than that, the film was enjoyable. I liked the cast, the director, and the production. However, I did not like the fact that there was a lot of violence in this film. I also would not mind if the mother died in this film, because she was actually a good character. Overall, I think this film was a lot better than the first film.

The movie starts out well with the interesting title and trying to keep you interested. The plot is what you would expect, some scenes and actors are very new and people are going to use the film to learn more about the story. However, there are many movies that talk about Dumbledore, and it is very easy to predict the next scene. The cast is much better than in previous movies. Gadot, who was always making an impression as the most popular actress in movies, has proved to be a good actor in this movie, as well as Kristofferson and of course the other characters. Some scenes are quite awkward and they become slightly tedious but there is not too much for me to complain about. The movie is very enjoyable, and the acting of the main actors is worth to notice. The story itself is quite simple, but it is not a huge problem. I hope there is a sequel, and I hope to see these characters again. I will be looking for the movie so much, and I will probably watch it again as I did before.

Beautiful, special effects, family-friendly. Unfortunately, they aren't enough to redeem this film. A child is harmed and, in the next scene, no one believes it. So the evil queen threatens to kill all magic users unless they give up all their secrets. Not only are we promised that the three magic users (Benjamin, Newt, and John) will be attacked by an army of magically-equipped goblins with an army of one hundred and three magical creatures that they never meet in the film, but we also learn that they were murdered and resurrected by someone known as the beast. Did we really need a subplot about a beast? Was the beast really a magical being? Is the beast really just a human being with a good heart? Who knows? I couldn't tell you! The film jumps all over the place without knowing where it's going. Was this supposed to be a comical plot of two kids on a magic journey? Did the director really have to get a couple of filmmakers to come up with a nonsensical plot? The story is dull and unsatisfying, and it feels like the film was trying to be funny, but it's not funny. I could have cared less about the magic in this movie. What a waste.

While I loved the first Harry Potter movie, I thought the second was a bit long and boring. I would have liked to have seen more of the characters in this, I think Ron was good in the first, but he did not really fit the part. I like how some characters were in this movie and I like how they were balanced in terms of the plot. The things I was most excited about in this movie was the monsters. While there was not much they were very well animated, and there was not a huge amount of CGI in this. However there was a lot of special effects, which I thought looked great. I thought that they also showed how much they cared about the characters and how much they cared about the story and what was going to happen next. The effects were not as great as I wanted them to be. Overall, I thought the movie was a good popcorn movie with a good story. I would give it a 7.5/10.

There is nothing exceptional or novel about this movie. It is sort of a very well produced and very well acted version of the book series. It can be considered the retelling of the book that had very good production and story but it was not the best one. It is not nearly as good as the Lord of the Rings. It is also not as good as the Harry Potter movies. The plot is exactly the same as the books. The only thing that differs is that there is more action and the plot and action are more intricate. It was very exciting for me to see how they did things in the movie and when they did things. My favorite scene was where the camera was trying to shoot the huge room and there was a lot of action and the camera just kept going because the scene was being edited at the time. I thought the acting was very good for a TV movie. The director did a great job. He captured the emotion and action very well. Some parts of the movie are more intense and that's what makes the movie more interesting. The special effects are very realistic. They are always used to the maximum. My favorite character was Nick. He is an excellent addition to the Potter universe. The best thing about this movie was the music and the original songs that were created for the movie. They are different than the ones from the book. They fit very well in the movie and they are more fit to the movie and are new songs than songs that were in the movie that have been in other movies. I also liked the new songs that were used in the movie. The cast is great. There is no cast that can not act. The plot is still the same. There is a lot of action, good action and fun action. I also liked the setting and the look of the wizarding world in the movie. I really liked the movie. I think there was a lot of twists in the plot and I also like the direction it was going in the movie. It had to be the best movie of all. The only reason why I am not giving it a 10 is because it is very short and there was too much action. It also had to be short and I did not feel like it was long enough. The movie is worth watching, just don't expect to have it you have to pay for it. I think it is worth watching at least once.

When I heard this movie was coming out, I just about died laughing at all the people who would call it lame, or bad. Let me tell you, this movie was everything you could hope for. It was smart, funny, and had a lot of epic moments. From my perspective, this movie was a complete visual feast. I loved the way all the magic was done in this movie. You could tell the director took all the old Potter scenes and put them in a new way, that was also visually amazing. I really enjoyed the crazy plot, because it kept the movie moving at a good pace. I think I was gonna see this movie again, but I wouldn't change a thing about it. It definitely is a movie to watch with your family, and not a movie to watch with your parents. It was good, but not great, but definitely better than I expected. There was a lot of potential in this movie, but I think the writers and director missed some opportunities. However, that doesn't change the fact that it was great. For me, I have to give this movie a 7/10, because there are still scenes I would love to see happen in a sequel. Overall, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald is a great movie that would definitely make you laugh, and I can't wait for the sequel. I know I'll definitely be watching this movie again.

I've loved all 3 movies. I went to see this movie because I was told this was going to be the best of the three. I thought it was a decent movie, but not as good as the first two. I expected a lot more from this one. It was kind of fun watching Ronan in this one. I loved his transformation, I thought his portrayal of Grindelwald was very well done. The end was somewhat predictable, and I expected to be surprised. I think the ending was a little weak, but I think it's for the best. The first two are great, but this one is not. I would recommend this movie to everyone, but to those who love the first two and want to see a Harry Potter movie, I would recommend watching the first two movies first. They were better in my opinion.

This is definitely my favorite Harry Potter movie so far, probably because I really want to know what happens with him next. This is a very interesting movie to watch. The characters are very well fleshed out, with great dynamic between them and the other main characters. I really liked the way the story was structured, with little breaks to put some characters in another part of the story. The overall storyline is amazing, and although the storytelling is very old school, it is so much fun to watch and the storyline is not what I expected at all. There are some scenes that I had a little problem with, because they were so exciting and were over the top. I think most people will enjoy this movie as it is a really enjoyable film. Overall, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald is a really good movie.

I was delighted to be re-introduced to a magical world and its rich magic world. Despite having seen the Potter series, the books I had read were a huge step in my book for watching. Fantastic Beasts is great for both adults and kids, the plot line and the twist at the end will have you guessing. The action in the film is great, all characters have a certain way of dealing with magic and the set ups for their magic. The fight scenes are outstanding, especially with Molly, Newt and Kirchelys. The acting and sets are amazing. All in all a great film for the entire family. 7/10

Love my mum's chocolate and I'll admit that I wasn't expecting much from this film but it was a lot of fun. I'm really surprised at how much better it is than the Harry Potter films. Fantastic Beasts is like a really fun Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone mixed with a cool adventure movie. I'm sure you'll enjoy this movie. The story is pretty basic and not even the story is super great but it's OK. But if you're a fan of the Potter movies you will definitely like this movie.

Having recently read the Harry Potter books, I was excited to see the second film and I'm glad I saw it in the theater. Like the first film, the pace of the film felt slower, which is expected because the first film was almost three hours. However, the pace of the film was one of the highlights of the film. There was still plenty of action, and the special effects and CGI weren't bad. I think the one thing that people can't seem to forget about the Fantastic Beasts is how it was released and how it was marketed. I know that there were a few problems with the marketing, but when you have the fourth film coming out, there is a lot of pressure on a movie and I think that the film was well-received. I think people are in awe of the cast, but that's not the case. Zach, Gabby, and director David Yates did a great job with the production. I believe that this movie is on par with the first one, which I think is amazing.

Well, the film starts with many cliches. They are taming a huge beast, that will be revealed at the end of the movie, killing some people and they try to take it to a safe location. But they are not safe. The beast will try to take away the important person in the movies. Well, that was the beginning of the film. I just like the first half of the film, it has so much, so many things to do, there is no time to lose, they have to hurry to kill all the people that will be present in the movie. I mean there are many things to do in a film. But when you are dealing with a monster, there are many things that you cannot do. But they can and they do. But there are some things that were done very well. For instance, in the second half of the movie, Harry will have to be saved. But it will not be easy, as you are not sure of the outcome. And of course, this is what the movie is about. You have to trust your destiny. The film has many cliches, but they are not bad. And in the end, it is good, it is great, and it is a nice surprise, that it's Harry Potter.

When I first saw the trailer for the Harry Potter movies, I thought it looked like a bad Star Wars rip-off. But after seeing it, I realized that this was actually quite a decent movie. I still don't know why it's getting such bad reviews. It was very entertaining and didn't take itself seriously at all. The acting was also very good, in the sense that the characters were likable and believable. The problem that it does have is that some parts are slow and boring. And it's just very random in the sense that sometimes it's not even funny. It also was kind of lame and boring because there was no really interesting story line. I really enjoyed the casting. Daniel Radcliffe was an excellent choice for the part of Harry Potter and he gave his performance really well. I also really enjoyed Eddie Redmayne, who plays Newt Scamander. He was great and did an amazing job. The only problem is that sometimes it seemed kind of un-emotional in the sense that you didn't really feel for the characters. I was just trying to guess how much more action they were going to put in this movie, but they just didn't use it very much. And there was a huge plot hole in the movie, which I just couldn't believe. I think it was basically saying that Harry Potter and his friends did not die, but were resurrected by Grindelwald. But then again, that is just my opinion, so. I think this movie is going to be really good, even though it's just not as good as the first two movies. But I also think it's very watchable, if you're a fan of Harry Potter. I highly recommend it.

SPOILERS (But You're Very Warned): * SPOILERS (But You're Very Warned): I don't read the books (and I didn't want to!), so I don't have to justify the insufferable tone, which is mostly one thing, but I guess I felt like it would be worth the "I-did-not-read-the-books-to-write-a-review-posting-about-a-book" argument (like I do when I'm reviewing movies). (This movie is definitely a cross between the "Eragon" and "The Avengers".but there is a certain similarity to the "Harry Potter" movies. for example, this movie was like a mix of the "Dark Tower" and "Legend".and there are people who will never accept that this movie is an adaptation of the "Hogwarts" books.but it is definitely an adaptation of the "Harry Potter" books, because it was released as the "Hogwarts" series, but the "Hogwarts" books is a kind of a "literature".so this movie is a cross between a "Harry Potter" movie, a "Dark Tower" movie and a "Legend".so that's kinda kinda like a "Harry Potter" movie and a "Dark Tower" movie.but it's definitely an adaptation of the "Hogwarts" books, and I'm going to write it like that. So the movies are good.and I'm glad they are.but I can say that the movie is not the best adaptation of the books. So I really don't know what to write in this I wrote about what I don't want to write about. And that's really all I'm going to say. So I recommend you watch this movie with an open mind.if you like movies with loads of special effects and see really fantastic beasts.

I love the books, but this movie is not as good as the book. First of all, there is much more to the story. It's more like a family drama than a book. I read about it in the newspaper, and I thought it was better than the movie. The acting is different. I think they did a good job with their roles. It's so different from the book. I don't like when the characters act stupid and in a different way. They are like in a scene they want to become famous, so they start to fight and they make stupid mistakes. I don't like that. The movie is not bad, but I don't like it. I think it should have a more good story.

Mildred Kelley photo

This movie could have been terrible, but it's the best fantasy movie I've seen in a long time. The characters were real and likable and not likable, because there's no real likable characters in the book or movie. It's not that I think it's a bad movie, but it's really, really bad. I didn't like the original book, but I loved the second movie. This is just a bad adaptation of the first one. It's really hard to like this movie and it's even harder to not like it. It's so boring, and it makes you like the other movies. It's not like this movie is great, but it's pretty good. I recommend this movie to just about anyone, I think it's great for younger people, older people, adults, kids. The movie was good, and it was enjoyable, but it is not even really worth recommending to me. I'm giving it 7/10 because it's really really good, but I wouldn't really recommend this movie to anyone.

As a Harry Potter fan I am really into movies. I know many hate it but I really enjoy them. They are a little more than the book as well. I love how they got to see what the Goblet of Fire was like. The story is an adventure but I did feel like there was some mistake. I mean how can you leave out Dumbledore. I mean I'm a fan of him and was upset. The biggest thing I think they should have done is make him there earlier. But, that is the only thing I can think about. There is a great cast and they work well together. I recommend this to any Harry Potter fan.
